Charly’s care was an idea started in 2018 by Carel Van Der Merwe, a previous UBER driver with 3000 trips completed with an average rating of 4.86 and Grant Holland, a curator for his brother Calvin Lee Holland whom suffered a terrible car accident and is now a brain damaged quadriplegic.
